CryoFill Series

The CryoFill Series is Cryolab’s range of self-pressurising liquid nitrogen dispenser tanks, built for the safe, controlled transfer of LN2 to dewars, vapour freezers and controlled-rate freezers. Available in 100, 200, 240, 300 and 500 litre capacities, these tanks give IVF clinics, blood banks, tissue banks, cell banks and research facilities a reliable LN2 supply at the bench.

Each CryoFill uses a self-pressurisation system that vaporises a small amount of LN2 to hold a stable pressure for controlled dispensing, with infusion rates from above 5 litres per minute on the CryoFill 100 up to above 15 litres per minute on the larger models. Constructed from stainless steel with an optimised insulation system, they keep static evaporation low to reduce LN2 loss and running costs.

Safety features come as standard, with dual pressure relief valves, a vent valve, a fill and discharge valve, a pressure building valve and rupture discs for backup protection. Every tank is mounted on castor wheels, supplied with a 2 metre transfer hose and a pressure building regulator, and includes a liquid level float indicator, with an electronic digital indicator available on request. Each CryoFill is supplied with UKCA and CE marking, a 5-year vacuum warranty and a 2-year parts warranty.
