Not on its own. Vacuum degradation in a vacuum insulated vessel is gradual, and a single day’s observation sits within normal variation caused by ambient temperature, fill level and how often the lid has been opened. An engineer can see obvious signs such as frosting or condensation on the outer shell, but an early loss of vacuum shows none of those.

What identifies it is trend data: nitrogen consumption logged per vessel, measured the same way, over several weeks. A rising trend against that vessel’s own baseline is the reliable indicator, and it usually appears well before anything is visible during a scheduled visit.
