Cryosleeves act as a protective layer for individual straws. When immersed in liquid nitrogen, straws are directly exposed to extreme cold, which can sometimes damage labels or compromise sterility. Cryosleeves minimise this exposure, providing a buffer against temperature shock while keeping straws identifiable. They also make it easier to handle straws safely without direct contact.
