CryoBioSystems (CBS) goblets are specialised storage containers designed to hold cryogenic straws or vials at ultra-low temperatures. They ensure the safe and organised long-term preservation of valuable biological samples such as sperm, embryos, and stem cells. Made from high-quality, durable materials, these goblets provide reliability and protection inside liquid nitrogen tanks.
The CBS Daisy Goblet is a pre-assembled system created for the freezing and storage of biological materials in straws. Each goblet contains eleven triangular visotubes, one clear round visotube, and a clear protective cover. With a total height of 135 mm including the cover, the daisy goblet is compact and easy to manage within standard cryogenic storage systems.
In terms of capacity, the daisy goblet holds up to 540 PETG 0.25 ml straws, 240 PETG 0.5 ml straws, or 168 CBS High Security straws. This versatility allows laboratories to maximise their storage efficiency while maintaining strict organisation.
